30 Days Money Back Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with our web hosting services for any reason within the first sixty (30) days from your initial order date, simply fill out the service cancellation form and we will issue you a full refund of any hosting fees paid to us. No hassles, no delays, and no questions asked!
Refunds do not apply to accounts that have been suspended or canceled for violating our Web Hosting Terms Of Service.

No refund will be honored on Dedicated servers or VPS servers, the 30 day money back guarantee does not apply.

No refunds for Domain Registration or SSL certificates.

99.9% Uptime Guarantee

Quicklyweb offers a 99.9% Uptime Guarantee, covering all Web sites hosted on our servers. In the event that your web site is not available for more than 99.9% in any calendar month, Quicklyweb will credit the following month's service fee according to the chart below.

You must request credit by contacting our billing department. Maximum credit shall not exceed the monthly service charge for the affected month. Service credits issued for downtime are automatically applied to future invoices, and do not have a cash value. Accounts must be in good financial standing and not in violation of our Web Hosting Terms Of Service.

Please note our uptime guarantee does not include downtime that is beyond Quicklyweb's reasonable control, including but not limited to: upstream network outages, internet backbone congestion, and facility power failures. Scheduled maintenance does not qualify for our uptime guarantee.
